This Build is one i made from scratch and a bit of headaches trying to make ability power work with Teemo. I rely on my Poison Darts Damage over time to do 90 percent of my damage and killing. The idea for this build is to strategically place Mushrooms so that you kite your opponent into the Mushroom path and each time they get slowed run back and shoot em a few times and keep kiting to the next mushroom so on so forth. Teleport to mushrooms that are placed behind your opponent laners and give em a lil surprise:)

Early Game: If you are a gung-ho player that likes to get lots of kills before mid game, this build is good for you:] you can get kills easily by simply hitting and running, or spray and pray play style, which is cheap and not cool(: but it works.

Middle Game: Keep distance from hard hitting Melee because you as Teemo are quite squishy and not ment to tank, enless you're Tank-mo which i might make a build for in the future.

Late Game: You have all your items so there for you have life steal, just keep distance and make sure your not putting the greatest little guy int he game to shame:]
