Jungle Route Blue Side

Red (Smite) -> Blue, (when blue is with 400HP start Gromp and hit both until Blue dies) -> Gromp -> (Level E again) -> Wolfs (one hit in each, when little wolf half live hit then again, keep blind in the big one) -> Raptors (Two hits in each chicken, keep moving, big one always blind and kill her for last) -> Crab (Smite First) -> Gank Bot -> Krugues

Jungle Route Red Side

(Stealth)Blue (leach from bot)(Smite), (Stealth) Gromp, Wolfs, Red, Raptors, Crab, Gank Top, Krugues.

Dragon at lv 5

You can easyly make dragon at lv 5 with a Recurve Bow, just make sure that no one spoted you doing it.

Baron at 20 minutes

If you are strong Baron is a great option since borned, the key here is that you can tank it with Rift Maker, so if you already have Rift Make start covering it with shrooms and call at least one team member to help you.

Focus on Drakes

The main objective of a Teemo Jungle is win by doing drakes, every time a drake is about to spawn cover it with your ultimate shrooms and if possible solo it, call for help and bring fights to it.
