Spell Vamp doesn't work at all on toxic shot, it's 35% on mushrooms, and Q has too long of a cooldown to be a reason to get spell vamp.

I suggest changing the WotA.

I like the build you just don't need spell vamp on teemo, the attack speed and Ap is all you need. However if you were building an AD teemo, building life steal would actually work on him. But again on AP you don't need spell vamp as your atk speed and Ap is enough. You also need more pictures

I would recommend a Hextech Gunblade instead of WOTL if you feel like you want that spell vamp. Like the others above, it seems unnecessary but with the life steal and unique active you should be able to ambush, sustain, and chase any target that you find.
