Hello guys, since that teemo is an AP hero, i made this build for him. This build gives large advantage on the field. Although a lot of you will give comments about the masteries or runes but thats what I want for teemo. Blind Dart will have great damage on the enemy and with the attk speed of teemo.. and cooldown reduction you can cast again the Blind Dart. making the enemy hopeless with their basic attks. Stand at the back of every clash and dont forget to plant Bombs if ever the enemy is on pursue..
