This build may seem like to much Attack damage and not enough health but if you stay defencive then you won't be in too much trouble. And by end game you will be tanky enough with Madreds Bloodrazor and warmogs.

I play teemo AD carry rather than solo top hybrid i think it is alot more consistant and more useful. (I.E. Taking structures)

Teemo has great sunergy with blitzcrank, for if you place noxious trap at the ege of the brush and blitz crank pulls onto the trap it would br killer with Blitzcranks disables.
