Hey guys, this is my first guide, and it's about the lovable champion, Teemo! LOOK AT HIS EYES! :D I play Teemo alot and i think this build shows how Teemo's blowgun is as lethal as his mushrooms. Basically i want to explain the ins and outs of Teemo and make sure that you carry on playing this lovable champion!

Teemo is a legend among his yordle brothers and sisters in Bandle City. As far as yordles are concerned, there is something just slightly off about him. While Teemo enjoys the companionship of other yordles, he also insists on frequent solo missions in the ongoing defense of Bandle City. Despite his genuinely warm personality, something switches off inside Teemo's mind during combat so that the lives he must end while on patrol do not burden him. Even as a young recruit, the drill instructors and other trainees found it a little disconcerting that, while Teemo was normally charming and kind, he turned deadly serious and highly efficient the minute combat exercises began. Teemo's superiors quickly steered him toward the Scouts of the Mothership, which is one of Bandle City's most distinguished Special Forces unit alongside the Megling Commandos.

While most yordles do not handle solo scouting missions with a great deal of finesse, Teemo is remarkably efficient at them. His record of success in defending Bandle City from infiltrators easily makes him one of the most dangerous yordles alive, though you'd never know it by having a cup of honey mead with him at his favorite inn. Bandle City chose Teemo as their first champion for the League, and he has taken to it like a duck to water. His signature weapon - a blowgun - uses a rare ajunta poison he personally gathers from the jungles of ***ungu. To help cope with his lengthy periods of isolation, Teemo recently struck up a friendship with Tristana, a fellow League champion and fellow member of Bandle City's Special Forces. This connection is healthy for both yordles, though now Valoran's voracious media outlets circulate rumors that the friendship is turning into a romantic relationship. Regardless, Teemo is a crowd favorite in the League of Legends, and a pint-sized foe that many have come to fear.

Quite squishy, but i have made a build to try to counteract that
Mushrooms can be seen when enemy has Oracle's
Targeted most of the time, but tactical play prevents this

Here I will explain why i chose these Runes, for this champion...
Basically these beauties, give an early game advantage against any champion you face!

Provide some Attack Speed for early game, then used to polish it off end game

As Teemo is naturally squishy these are GREAT on him, for early game defense and not too shabby end game either!

For shredding down those tanks :D

I take defense masteries, due to Teemo's naturally squishy background, then a few offensive masteries to suit the build, it is possible to take mostly Offensive and some Defensive Masteries to improve output of damage early game but i personally would stick to 9-21-0 :)

This Skill is maxed first because i believe that it can give you the kill, since the opponent will be taking extra damage which is very much needed early game

Not used for damage output but to stop those pesky Master Yi's trying to Highlander your butt off ^.^

Nice passive but not dead important, helps to keep your speed up allowing you to get Mercury's Treads

It's your ultimate, upgrade whenever possible! Use for warding and slows :D

I find this spell really useful, when i've just recalled and they are on low health, teleport, move quick and they are dead :D

Ghost + Move Quick, thats why Teemo is called the Swift Scout ;)

Great spell all around, great for killing those guys who think they got lucky!


Flash and Exhaust are other viable spells, all the rest are an big NO! But it depends are you playstyle really :)

100 Health, needed on Teemo early game or the enemy Cho'Gath is just gunna stand on you, lifesteal isn't much but since you got Attack Speed runes it soon adds up, plus the AD is always nice :) Doran's Shield is another viable option :)

Due to the added MR and Tenacity, i recommend these boots of all others, Teemo is super squishy and needs all defense he can get, with extra Tenacity you can run away quickly after the stun is over :D Berserker's Greaves is another good option

Attack Speed, Lifesteal, Armour Penetration and Health Regen, all around great item on Teemo, since it has loads of what Teemo needs early game to get the feeding and farming necessary for the gold late game

Some people say why i get this so early, well since i have my Stark's Fervor, i have enough Armour Penetration to be doing good damage to Tanks and Squishes, giving me time to get some well needed Health, to stop easy kills against me, also the slow is great for Teemo, along with his Move Quick ability, they wont be able to escape!
Tanks will fear you now! Squishes are already dead with this beauty, excellent passive, good AD boost and needed AS, must have for Teemo!

I did say Tank Destroyer, i'm right aren't I? Haha, Tanks beware, not even YOU will be able to avoid death once little Teemo has this item, you may think the extra damage isn't much but it adds up, plus your healing yourself in the mean time ^.^

The cherry on the cake, the little yordle assassin you are, has been transformed from Squishy to no so Squishy! Hopefully this should stop those unexpected deaths :D

I would recommend this over Guardian Angel if the enemy team is AP Heavy, the 1 spell protection can stop that nuke spell taking down half you health, plus the Mag Res is a nice boost for a squishy!

Just incase you want some Flat Armour Penetration, i would get the Last Whisper, due to the huge 40% Bonus which will give you about 80% Armour Penetration altogether, including Runes, plus it has a good AD Boost!

If your finding your lacking speed even though you shouldn't i would exchange one item in the build for this, the Critical Strike is always nice, and the AS works a treat but with this items it doesnt give you any AD, which Teemo needs to accompany his AS
