I specialized mining or I even called it "Kingdom Play". Basically this Teemo is Ap and also a support.

Why Heal and Teleport?
That way I can teleport to mushrooms from the base to behind the opponent (works great at mid) and I can penetrate through them. Heal, I use heal to trick early-mid fight into having a low hp and just go for the kill.

Armors
I like to have armor items, specially with nice passives, like reduce cooldown and passive auras. It is good against heavy physical dealer.

Style
Most technique I use is the Stick and Move style. What I do is I lay a mushroom in front of me and stealth, waiting for someone to step on it then I use Dart then go for the kill.

Mining
Mid is the best place to lay mushrooms, having 12secs cooldown on mushroom is great, just try not to let minions step on it or it will just be a waste. Mining is also good against those squishy stealth type champions like Eve or Shaco.

I want shrooms to be somewhat spread out, but occasionally you want a bunch of random shrooms just chillin’, hoping to hit anyone or anything. The idea behind this is to give you the slight edge in an upcoming teamfight or to protect your team mates. Good mining can force squishy characters out of a teamfight before it begins or buy you the few seconds to run to an inhibitor in time to save it. When mining to protect an inhibitor, a mid-path shroom can be nice at destroying creeps, but most of the time you want your shrooms scattered off of the minion’s path so that you do the damage to heroes.

Mine midgame if you anticipate a teamfight to be in a particular location. This is often difficult to predict so if you do mine an area, tell your teammates to make sure to lead the teamfight to the minefield. Mine lategame in or just outside your base if your team has gone into turtle mode. If your opponent has gone into turtle mode, mine the lanes outside their base. If they ever get bold enough to chase you, they’ll be in for a surprise.
