Introduction

Now this is my first guide without video so i might not be the best at this stuff but what can you do it doesnt have to be flashy. this is a guide on how to use teemo to get those 20 kills per game but this can easily be countered by the way you play.

Runes

for runes i would recommend a balanced blend of:

CRITICAL CHANCE

ATTACK SPEED

ATTACK DAMAGE

CRITICAL DAMAGE.

the runes i recommend are above.

Masteries

the masteries are pretty basic just attack damage, attack speed, and armor penetration. i would also get that minion damage reduction so when your chasing someone, the minions dont deal that unnecessary damage.

Items

so i would get the dagger first so you can get a head start on those berserkers greaves and so you can win some battles from swift attacks. attack speed is nothing with out some attack damage so i would get a b.f. sword to up that. you could also go with a pickaxe at that point as well so you can have it quicker its really up to you. the zeal will bump that movement and attack speed up just enough so you can outrun and out shoot your opponent. your top priority after that handy zeal is to get that epic infinity edge for those epic crits and awesome AD. now its time to finish off that zeal and get a phantom dancer to boost that movement speed and this is where move quick will come in handy for most of your fights. after that its pretty basic just get that bloodthirster to make 1v1 situations easier and then another phantom dancer and last a zhonyas hourglass to make that toxic shot of yours get to its max.

Skill Sequence

now max your toxic AS FAST AS POSSIBLE! it will help you and espicially if your AD. you do not need that blinding dart to your fullest until late game. the next thing to max is your move quick to replace that ghost if you dont have it ready for that chase or retreat. the last is that blinding dart but its not like you will use it unless they are AD. and dont forget your shrooms! you will need those for those free wards so level it whenever you can.

Conclusion
