Basic Info:
-This build is mostly for laneing, if you are mid, i get level 1 boots first, with 3 health pots, then get boots, and if im ahead as mid i get a doran's blade after.
-If you are laneing up against AP characters that are annoying you, or do not have enough to get the recurve-bow(for the wit's end) get null-magic mantle.
-Usually I can get malady before amplifying tome.
- 3 health pots are always great to have, especially when you dont have enough for that next item.
-Usually, you can either buy Madred's Bloodrazer after Madred's Razors, or you can sell Doran's Blade for a Pickaxe
-This build is not very gold intensive, so if you can get even one level above your enemy; you get a major advantage, use it, creep farm when you enemy isn't around, or gank either mid or one of the lanes where you see fit.
-Use your passive, especially at lvl 1
-If you loose a fight against a non-spellcaster(such as ashe,Caitlyn,etc...) and you are being chased at low health, use blinding dart, turn around shoot 1-2 times, and keep running, they will be unable to retaliate, and you may just kill them.
-Use mushrooms
-With a major advantage, a lifesteal item may replace warmong's armor.
-As a last resort:sell your boots at 18!Your Move Quick makes you run just as fast, pick up either warmong's armor or a life-steal item (whatever you skipped getting earlier)

Well, I personally believe that runes and masteries are for Early game, because an extra 5 mana at level 18 is completely useless
Because of this opinion, i believe being a squishy character, defensive masteries would have much less effect at low levels, because they benefit based upon health.
So no defence.
