This is a small teemo build which maybe arent for the super skilled teemo player but it can help the new one to try to play him and not suck completely.
+ this build makes him avaliable to kill nearly all other dps.
And i personally think thats that teemos role in the game. killing other ad carrys, with his blinding dart(q) and massive on-hit by his toxic shot(e).
THIS ARENT A SHROOM BUILD.

The runes are focusing on making him a deadly soldier which comes and assasinates other ad carrys.

The masteries are like all other stuff in this build focusing on makin him the hated by the other teams ad carry.

Dont know how to make stuff highligted and make other stuff darker so here is the final build: Berserkers greaves, Wit´s end, Hextech gunblade, Frozen mallet, Ionic spark, Madred´s bloodrazor. (this arent the order to buy in).

The skills are based on that he can deal heavy damge by poking in early and killing other guys in mid-game and at last having the power so he can kill other in late.
However instead of putting a point in toxic shot at lvl 5 can you put a point in blinding dart if you like.

They are focused on making him avaliable to outrun and come away from all unsucessfull fights.
