So fixing the squishy problem. Instead of the utility masteries go with ten in defense with two magic resist, three armor, four health, one bonus health, and get rid of the executioner mastery. For items my only problem is with Madred's Bloodrazor in the AP build because it gives attack damage which makes him look like sort of a hybrid (hybrid Teemo sucks).
