3 Maladies doesn't work. It says UNIQUE Passive. That means only 1 will work.

Um, not that I have a problem with this build concept, but there are a few problems. Most would question the wisdom of 3 Maladys, if you want that much attack speed and life steal go Malady + Stark's Fervor. That's probably enough life steal, so if you want more AS go Last Wisper or Phantom Dancer (I'd go Last Wisper, the phantom dancer's dodge won't help Teemo survive much, and he already moves super fast). As far as I know, the Malady passives don't stack, so getting the same thing 3 times is a bit of a waste. Furthermore, your skill allocations are all messed up, you've got 8 points in Blinding Dart and 6 in toxic shot, neither of which is possible (5 max).
