Runes, no matter what anyone says, "Oh i did good without the right runes, they don't matter."
, is a MORON runes make a GIGANTIC difference in the game. Everyone should realize this.

First off the armor pen runes are nessecary and unreplaceable when you hit about level 8 you'll be able to harass heavily.

Next are you Alacrity seals, these help when pushing lanes greatly and allow you to frequently poison your enemy early game.

For your Glyphs your going to want potency just for some extra early game damage with poison and Blinding dart

Last we go with simply Quints of fortitude so you can stay in lane a bit longer, they also help with level 1 fights

First off you want to start with An Amp tome, amp tome makes your blinding dart so some pretty annoying damage at level 1 it also helps with your poison and makes for some annoying teemo, grab this and a pot and head in lane.

Next time you go back you should be able to buy Zerker greaves, a Dagger and some pots, head back in lane and start harassing again (REMEMBER TO LAST HIT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE)

Alright youve been in lane for a while, they sent a gank after you you narrowly escaped with your blue pill, now its time to grab a zeal and if you have the money for it a phantom dancer. you should be about level 12 in solo top or 10-11 in a duo lane assuming you can last hit very well.

Alright continue your way up the list to your IE however if your getting rocked in lane grab a phage then continue with your IE

After your IE Your going to need to finish your Frozen mallet.

Next, start your bloodthirster with the vamp scepter not BF sword for some sustainability

Alright This is where everything is getting a bit complex

First well talk about shroom locations

There's a map of shroom locations and in numbered order, the order is debatable but im not going to waste my time.
Putting shrooms in these locations make you literally unstoppable and ungankable at bot.
ALright time for scenario #1 an AD carry is coming throught the jungle from mid. They hit the first shroom and keep coming (dumb) you would either A. if they are weaker than you hit W and kill them B. Youre scared so go stealth C. You see they have oracle so call for a gank.

The reason this guide only has the shrooms on one side is simply because your going to WANT/NEED side with blue for best possible outcome. with teemo if you have all the shrooms up or even up to shroom #8 you can camp their blue giving you loads of shrooms, and preventing them from getting blue. Your going to push and farm this lane ALL DAY USING THE THREE OPTIONS I GAVE YOU in the paragraph above (works for AP and tanks also, was just giving a scenario)

Using this method there is no such thing as overextending. I encourage you to push/farm as much as possible. DONT LEAVE LANE THYE WILL COME TO YOU TRUST ME I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE.

After you've used this build/guide a few times you can get a little tricky with it by outsmarting your enemies and lureing them through the jungle and taking the out at the right moments using combos of both your shrooms, blinding dart, stealth and of course OP AUTO ATTACK.
