Introduction
This is my first guide hope you enjoy it :)
I chose most of my items for the damage and attack speed of Teemo.
The Madred's bloodrazor is really useful on teemo because if you attack 1.8 times per seconds and take off 4% of the targets maximum health it does really help killing squishy players.
The Frozen Mallet: i chose it because temmo is a pretty squishy player and the it really helps teemo for the health and slowing and it gives teemo.
Example if a player tries to run away you just it him and it is slowed.

I decided to choose those runes because i think they really help Teemo early and late game with his average attack speed at the beginning and damage.
Greater Seal Of Alacrity (9): i chose those runes because of their attack speed and because it really helps Teemo farm early game and really helps him piss some champions by not stoping blinding him and poisoning them.
The 3 marks i chose are to because i think that having attack speed, critical strike and more attack damage at the beginning of the game is a pretty good advantage...
I chose the 3 glyph types because i think that it is a really good advantage having some defense and more health at the beginning because we all know that Teemo is a pretty squishy player.
For the 3 Quints i chose those because they give a really big advantage in early game.

Then you max your poison dart because it's the most useful skill teemo as.
Then you can put 1 point in move quick and max it only at the end, its always good to have the potential of going a little faster.
Your ultimate skill you will need to max it put your first point at level 6 then level 11 and then finally on level 16.
After having put 1 point in your ulti maxed your poison its the second skill you need to max so do it as fast as possible.
Then you max your poison dart because it's the most useful skill teemo as.
