Dude If you had read the whole build then you would see that i sayed "they are dealing no damage in early game the deal damage only in mid and late game however they make enemy gangs harder and making you safer in your lane" ( I didn't writed this on my build when you sayed it was there all the time since now I DIDNT CHANGE any thing on the build only the colors, icons, etc) so ..... no you are done here.

I did read the 'whole' build, the only thing I had a problem with was the fact you said they weren't effective until late game... From what you've just said; both your statements completely conflict with each other... you say they aren't effective yet you find a use for them? That doesn't make any sense what so ever.................

And you've just proved my point where you don't understand simple math either... I'm done here!

The other thing you sayed was :

So as i see you are saying that binding + toxic shots deal very good damage to enemy but which i say is that blinding dart deals damage after only leveling it up to level 3 - 5 and toxic shot only deals good damage while its level 5 ! If you try to do your combo "1 x blinding dart + toxic shot + 732" !wait how they deal 732 damage ? a blinding dart deals only "MAGIC DAMAGE: 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+ 80% AP)"
so you need to have around 300 - 500 ap to deal 735 magic damage to enemy with blinding dart and the timing you will get this ability power shall be around in 10 - 30 min of the game so this means that "blinding dart deals good damage in mid (10-30) and late game (30-60+)" which i sayed so if we see what i sayed here then the things YOU SAYED are the same things i sayed and this means there is no problem and also you sayed toxic shot deals very good damage so i sayed that too you would have seen it if readed the whole build i sayed that "toxic shot deals damage in late game which is a very high amount of damage" so if you would read my whole build you would not ask anything like these...!



And i tryed out your combo "1 x blinding dart + toxic shot + 732" this kind of damage is only available if you get 300 - 500 AP which i HAVE MENTIONED IT but however you saying without 300 - 500 ap i can deal 732 magic damage then i would really like to see it .. ( In 10 -20 mins of game An average squishy target like twitch which has same kills as teemo has same minions as teemo and no health or armor , magic res bonus so at this condition teemo shall do MAX 300 magic damage with toxic shot it shall be 370 including damage by time so i thing so the thing you sayed was way over more then a normal teemo can do during 10 - 20 min of the game but if you saying " i sayed these things for late or mid game " then you are saying the thing WHICH I SAYED " Teemo blinding and toxic shots in late game - mid game deals very good damage"
So i dont see anyproblem here is there ?

Nop this is my second guide i made one guide on solomid.net in this guide its more explaining on the one solomid.net it was old and so what i do is i take some of particals in solomid.net and added mine but dont worry i wrote them all.

You also don't mention how much the extra 61+35 (with your build) extra damage the toxic shot will do to enemy champions... "its not a large damage to say" I couldn't disagree more!
