THIS BUILD IS NOT FINISH YET
First, I want to apologize for my reaaally bad English (French powaaa !). Try to understand and if, somewhere, it's too hard, just tell me and i'll try to explain another way.
This is my first build, and Teemo isn't my main (and I started LoL recently), but i really love play with him, so I decided to create this build. I tried many many different builds, and this one seems to be the better one (to me).
Don't forget to comment, even if it's just to correct some of my sentences xD.
Pros / Cons
- Fun to play
- Really good early/mid/late game (that's fun ! Maybe a little bit harder late game, and early if you're facing strong harass)
- Free wards (that lasts 10 mins !)
- Mushrooms... MUSHROOMS, your teammates will love you for them, your opponents will hate you badly
- Good ganker
- Really good harass
- Anti-AD carry
- Pretty easy to play
- Good pusher
- Good farmer
- He is so ugly
- If they take oracle, your mushrooms can be destroyed
- Often focused in teamfights
Runes and Masteries
Obviously, it's 21/9/0. 21 in offense tree because teemo is here to deal lots of damages.
Then, I chose defense tree to make teemo a little bit more resistant.
I took dodge and magic resists with runes for the same goal (make him harder to kill).
Then, magic Pen... but no Ability Power with this build... =O !
If Teemo stands still and takes no action for 2 seconds, he becomes stealthed. After leaving stealth, Teemo gains the Element of Surprise, increasing his attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds.
This passive has many many utilities. I love, when the play begin, to rush with boots to mid, go as far as I can without being seen, and stay here. Then, say to your mate that takes the mid to let the ennemy push, and just... kill him, if you fail, it's not a problem, he probably will go back to base and your mid mate is alone for a while, and that's a good help early game.
When you are chased, go into a bush and just stop moving. If you're lucky (and you are !), you will stay alive =p.
Blinding Dart :
Obscures an enemy's vision with a powerful venom, dealing damage to the target unit and causing all attacks to miss for the duration. Deals 80-260 (+0.8 per ability power) magic damage and causes the target to miss all of their attacks for 1.5-3.5 seconds.
Blinding dart is GREAT against AD-carry. Someone like yi become useless for 2 sec, it's enough to kill him even if he's better feed than you are.
Move Quick :
Teemo scampers around, increasing his movement speed until he is struck by an enemy champion or turret. Toggle: Teemo's movement speed is increased by 15-35% until he is struck by an enemy champion or turret.
This spell improve your movement speed passively, great for chasing ennemies, and the active allows you to run away really fast (when someone is chasing you)
Toxic Shot :
Each of Teemo's attacks will poison the target, dealing damage each second for 4 seconds. Teemo's basic attacks poison their target, dealing 8-35 (+0.14 per ability power) magical damage upon impact and again each second for 4 seconds.
Toxic shot is a very nice passive ability. It allows you to harass really well early game (just come, hit him once and run away) and it kills a lot of champ' that go behind their tower with very low HP.
Noxious Trap :
Teemo places a explosive poisonous trap. If an enemy steps on the trap it will release a poisonous cloud, slowing enemies and damaging them over time. Uses a stored mushroom to place a trap which detonates if an enemy steps on it, spreading poison to nearby enemies which slows movement speed by 30/40/50% and deals 250/475/700 (+1 per ability power) magic damage over 4 seconds. Traps last 10 minutes. Teemo forages for a mushroom every 30/26/22 seconds, but he is only big enough to carry 3 at once.
This is what makes ennemies hates you. Put those everywhere ! You can run away, walk throught mushrooms and they will be slow, it can help killing people, you've got a lot of assists (so gold too), it helps your teammates too, and can kill ennemies that are fleeing with low HP. It also can be used as wards (free ones) so its great ^^
