Secondly, Zhonya's Ring dosen't exist anymore ;)
Thirdly, your spec kinda has me thrown off. I see you really want the +5% Magic DMG, but the deep Offense Tree is more for physical characters. If I were you, I'd go 9/0/21, putting points as far as Archaeic Knowledge, and 21 points in Utility. Believe it or not, the usefulness from the CDR in Utility will help you do more damage than +5% magic damage.
