For spells Flash is a must. ghost/cleanse/tp/heals/barrier/Exhaust/ignite depends on how you want to play TF go heal if you want to survive lane most of the time. ghost if you want to be aggressive and be very mobile in team fights and skirmishes. cleanse if you're up against heavy CC comp do not use for malz/fizz/zed ult it won't work you need QSS for malz ult. as for ZED and Fizz there's no escaping unless you have Hourglass. TP if you want more map pressure. Exhaust or ignite will depend if you want to be agressive or passive in lane.

Get Q level 2 and 3 if you're up against heavy poke champs so you can farm from afar.
Get E level 2 if you're up against melee champs since it won't cause mana to harass your opponent and then max Q after. max W 2nd and then 3rd. get ULT whenever possible.

Cons

Not very mobile.
Easy to gank.
Highly depends on yellow card and fast reaction time

Pros

High Late Game Dmg
Can stun every 6 seconds depending on CDR.
Map Pressure.
