AP has its own specific pros + cons

I've seen it in action(against me or in my team) and he was killing all squishes inside the duration of the stun....without being fed.You just have to be a little extra carefull at start.+1

I like the build overall. I use 2 phantom dancers alot of the time and I agree that situations make it hard to come up with an exact equation for anybody. The only differences of opinion I have with your build are stylistic like I am not a fan of using the mastery point on Greed as I can usually get enough money in Mid game to make up for that. I also really like Clairvoyance and the reason is because I play TF as a team member doing the job of map awareness. I buy wards alot and use Clairvoyance with the point in that mastery so it lasts longer and cools down quicker. I do understand that the Ult give you the vision also but sometimes I just want a snapshot of an area and want to save the Ult for a backdoor on an inhibitor. Again, that is just a style difference.
