You get about 3000 hp. And you also have about 50 armor and 30 mr.
This isn't an extremely tanky build with real mr and armor values because it's mostly based on ap.
Runes and masteries alone won't be enough to help you survive. Even if you're going AP'Gath, you should consider getting something like Zhonya's Hourglass/Frozen Heart or Abyssal Scepter/Odyn's Veil. They are very good stats for Cho..
You'll need alot more survivability to those items, Cho'Gath is very very item dependent..
