Shaco Guide
The Atrocious Shaco [Lane]
You won't get ganked in lane because you're just going to have boxes in the bushes, + your Deceive makes you ungankable. Just port behind the wall.
In the jungle, you can be ganked by Trundle/Anivia, etc. If they use pillar/wall to block your path after you've deceived. This comes from personal experience. I have ganked Shaco in the jungle with Anivia. Had a ward at red buff. I stole his buff and stunned him and then when he deceived I put a wall just in front of his turret and started comboing. Dead Shaco.
Whereas in lane you pretty much know where they'll come from.
Still, it's really hard for Shaco to be ganked anywhere with that port-stealth and his decoy ult, over all he's an amazing juker, so...

I seriously disagree with this statement. Additionally, boots of mobility for a lane shaco is a waste of speed. Mobility boots are for characters who:
a) dont get triforce (speed increase)
b) need to roam and change lanes frequently
~5 seconds off your death timer.
vs.
2hp/5 2mp/5 if you have 100hp/5&mp/5 already.
