Talon is a very good champion if you know how to use him well. he can use some cool spells.
my favorite spell is Rake definitely in the brush. Talon is supposed to be at good attacking so you'll need a lot of attack items as I've shown. Trust me with the first item even though it costs to much it'll give you the advantage. EXAMPLES AGAINST CHARACTERS:
RANGED/MAGES: try to keep talon away from the mage and use rake too do some damage.
you could also use cut throat to silence them as well but i would recommend using rake because if it was Annie and she could summon tibbers(if cool-down was finished) i would also keep an eye out for ryze. TANKS/JUNGLERS: I would try to use Noxian Diplomacy then use cut throat. you might wanna do that because you could take damage at first then they might start to run away well cut throat will take care of that. by rushing up and silencing so they cant heal or slow you like shen and trundle.
