I know its buffed now but still...
I would suggest to skip that malady... irs realy totaly not needed even without Whisper. If you get whisper its just pure waste. Get wits end instead... boosting your ulti damage by nice amount, giving MR... you dont need that much Lifesteal anyway... a standalone scepter is all you need.
