If you're new to Poppy or looking for an easier time in the laning phase, then I highly suggest this build as it helps you have an actual presence in the early game. This build is all about using your masteries, runes, and first item purchase to help Poppy in the early phases of the game (where she is her weakest). And then everything after that is put toward Poppy's offense, so you can kill the enemies carry as fast as possible.
