I don't think so I've played against high armored noob spammers, the life steal is pretty high and so is your attack speed so you will take them down.
Remember when you're low on health Alpha Strike so you come around them and hit Exhaust.

wonder if against hp tanks Madred's Razors wouldn't be better then Infinity Edge, and against high armor to do Last Whisper instead of a Malady or Infinity Edge?
