Also, on the jungling page, I'd definitely suggest going with 2 points in
Runes:
Attack speed marks are your best friend, hands down. In combination with his passive, they allow skarner to spam his abilities so much more frequently in fights. Definitely consider them, especially on jungle skarner. I might still going with movement speed quints on the jungle build, however.
Items:
With the gunblade nerf, i'm not so sure what I think of this item on skarner now. it leaves him in an awkward spot because a lot of his laning sustain came from it. Regardless, it's probably still worth getting eventually.
Your third build (the roam build I believe) is actually pretty similar to how I solo lane him. The only difference there is I don't get mobility boots (as i'm not roaming). I would definitely suggest trying out a rageblade on him, however. It's very fitting for his playstyle.
I actually like your lane build the least. I really think opening with a philo-stone is the most solid skarner opening right now. The mana lets you spam, pressure, and farm in lane. you lose that without it. Boots of swiftness are good, but the tenacity from mercury treads is too good to pass up. I also feel like spirit visage is a bit of a wasted item without any life steal or spell vamp. I see what you're trying to do with the health stacking and atma's, and it's not bad, but I think skarner is much better off with a trinity force, pretty much no matter what. I'd also say that if you're building off-tanky or tanky, you should definitely consider a force of nature over the banshee's veil. Banshee's veil is a much better item, if you're only building one or two defensive items, but if you start building more than that, the health and bubble return diminishing relative values. Force of nature's movement speed buff is very strong on skarner, and the resistance and health regeneration make you very difficult to kill in the late game.

1) Those individual builds better be described in great detail, because multiple builds not only confuse people but piss them off. All they want to know is HOW DO I BUILD SKARNER?! And you give them three choices... As such, I am only going to review the first build.
2) Flash. Full stop. You already have a speed steroid with
3) Boots of Swiftness. Why. Swiftness Quints, my god. To be honest, I was expecting Triforce, FoN and Phantoms to increase that speed. If you're looking to pull someone extremely fast with your ult, you want Youmuu's and Shurelya's. You do not need the other extreme measures, and at least Youmuu's benefits Skarner, as opposed to Boots of Swiftness.
4) GOOD ****ING HANDS OVER PERSEVERANCE.
5) Why wouldn't you grab Archaic Knowledge?
6) Large icons within paragraphs looks bad.
7) Your abilities section is all squished together. Also, try using the float bbcode. Have a look at my guide about making a guide to see what I mean.
8) :/ Your Runes section is really unattractive. I don't quite know how you'd fix it though. Perhaps don't use the [runes] coding.
9) If you're adamant about keeping the different builds, this is my suggestion.
Have ONE section per build, which includes everything for that build.

Used successfully several times. Always take a manamune in that tank build, though.
Thats funny because I used to have a manamune in the original build but I removed it due to popular demand and it just wasn't doing enough.
How do yu afford both Boots and Razors on the first recall? I have around 500g after the first run; 600-ish if I'm lucky.
