Introduction

Hey its my first guide so i thank all who read this.Any opinion is accept.You can sent me on mail or in my profile for your questions,ideas,problems e.t.c

Runes

About runes,you can choose magic penetration or ability power.My opinion is that the ability power is better that magic penetration.Moreover you already have marks for magic penetration.

Masteries

My system is 22-6-2.Viktor is a AP champion so you must give more emphasis to the Ability Power.
If he starts with big Ability Power he cuts on mid or in other lain.

Items

The items are classic about a AP Champion.You can make changes on build for find what kind of build suits on Viktor.
His prototype passive gives to him the Hex Core that can upgrade with 1200 gold via the shop into 3 augment items.I think that better is the red one which give to Viktor 45 AP and the Death Ray damage for 30% over 3 seconds.
