Introduction
I take:
9 Marks of Greater Mark of Desolation As an Attack Damage carry it is essantal to early game domination
9 Seals of Greater Seal of Armor To help protect against Enemy Ad since Draven is pretty fragile without assistance.
9 Glyphs of Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist Decent at early game but scales greatly to help late game especially against mage harrsement.
3 Quintessences of Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage This is optional but I personaly pick it since early game damage is important specially pared with Greater Mark of Desolation
Also (if you prefer) early game you can use Greater Quintessence of Critical Chance instead since Wicked Blades does trigire off your crits but I don't recommend it since you usually attack with Spinning Axe to get that bonus damage.
I speced in Weapon Expertise and Sunder for the obvieous Armor Penetration since ALL my damage is Attack Damage.
I choose Lethality since I do crit and 10% extra is always good
Executioner is a must in my opinion since this applies to EVERTHING including your Wicked Blades so that dot might finish them off.
The Defensive masteries are interally optional but I picked Hardiness and Resistance to add to my survivability as well has bonus health from Durability and Veteran's Scars to add a custion to harrasement.
Attack Damage Bloodthirster does this job excelentlly
Lifesteal Wriggle's Lantern and Bloodthirster also covers this
Crital strike Phantom Dancer enough said.
Utality Wriggle's Lantern gives a free ward to the team, great for late game when everyone has a full build.
Max Q: Spinning Axe first since it is your main damage dealer
Level W: Blood Rush second since it is your main steroid skill
Get E: Stand Aside at level 3 and leave it their till the end since its main utility is interuppt/knockaside/slow and it doesn't scale very well.
As usuall get R: Whirling Death at level 6,11,and 16
