Veigar Passive Ability

Introduction

Hello and welcome to my build of the terrible Veigar. Veigar is THE most powerful 1 person burst fire : meaning that he focuses one enemy. In this build, I will be brief for many aspects.

Runes

Runes are different for everybody. Some want to go full ability power and others want the advantages of mana regeneration to stay in their lane longer and farm. But here, I give a mix of ability power, mana regeneration and also magic penetration, which help a lot, in my opinion.

Masteries

In my build, I focus on the ability power and damage in the offensive side of the mastery tree. If you like, you can go more into the utility side for the additional mana regeneration and what not. But I suggest you follow my masteries.

Items

Now to talk about items, I choose to start with doran's ring for the additional ability power and the small amount of mana regeneration. But you can also go with boots and 3 health potions for the longer survivability. Also, you can go meki pendant with 2 pots for a longer farming time and it also reduces the time to get hands on deathfire grasp.

Skill Sequence

The skill order I give is pretty basic. Starting with Q gives the ability to start farming ability power from the beginning. But, if you are starting with full ability power runes, you can also start with dark matter for the ability to harass the enemy.

Summoner Spells

For the summoner spells, flash and ignite are always good. Flash to get away and ignite for that certain kill. But, you can also replace flash by ghost. The spells are all up to you.
