Sona is fairly squishy, but has alot of utility. You are practically dead when you get hit by CC so try to doge and juke, as that will come in handy when playing Sona. Sona excels against utility, squishy, slow, and heavy ability users. Examples are Ekko, Lulu, Janna, Nunu, Trundle, Kalista, and Bard.

Good adc's for sona are burst or poke adc's. Examples are Ezreal, Graves, MF, and Caitlyn. Sona does horrible with Vayne, Tristana, and Kog'maw due to squishyness and on-hit stuns
