In the Early Game nocturne can be a really effective jungler or lane pusher with a support, he is also really good at takeing half health off of nearly any champion with a combo of his 'q' and umbra blades, when it comes to deciding weather to use your umbra blades in a creep wave or a champion to push back, its all about weather or not you have enough gold. If you have enough then go for the champ trying to get your 'e' off to fear them if you cant get close enough then just throw your 'q' at em'. when you dont have enough money go for the minion wave but be careful of enemy champs, combo 'q' and umbra you clear a whole minion wave with 1 move and an auto attack.

The Later game is when he OWNS combo with his ult, 'q', 'e' and umbra blades can basically 1 shot a champ. nough said.
