I have a small question about the runes in this guide: Why do you suggest taking Sudden Impact? Is there some sort of special interaction where Teemo can activate it? Maybe getting out of invisibility? Either way I think cheap shot is a lot better, especially on support, as it allows for a lot of free poke.
