So Fiora is a duelist, this means she has a extreme advantage in low number fights. So this idea of an unrivaled duelist is pretty pinpoint. She is upfront and blunt early game, and can easily trade damage and regain using her passive.

Any way as a first point Id"e like to talk about the runes but before that:
At level one Fiora has a massive Atk Spd steroid, at 60% this poses a great first blood, making anyone that dares to engage you, your first victim. Even with this steroid exhaust WILL counter you. As you can see i chose Exhaust, Ghost, 2 extremely offensive summoner spells ready to ensure victory when both available. With all of that out of the way, ill get to my ideology of one of the strongest level one champions.

So what is it that separates this from other Fioras?
Simply a menacing 15% Crit chance at level one. Ohhh scary...
well yeah it is when u pop your burst of speed. From my experience, so far about 20 games.
every level 1, 1v1 i encountered i had no problem winning, and generally came out at full health. The Critical at level one has the power to terrify any champion either tank or squishy. The ideology is scaring the opponent off before they can do a thing, a Level one critical mixed with an exhaust and popping your ghost and Burst of Speed will ensure your opponent gets the message " You Will die if you try to trade with me early, or without any tricks or ganks. (I highly recommend Critical chance runes as you have very high chances to land at least one with a simple early trade.

*Keep in mind you do not have start with boots, cloth armor 5 pots tends to counter any early trades resulting in a level and farm advantage, an advantage that truly benefits Fiora, as more AD, Atk Spd, Armor and Health

Countering with items is your first step to winning with Fiora, she already has an advantage using her passive, why not make it bigger? I also beleive witht he right support fiora has great potential as a melee range bot lane, obviously this is untested but her kit seems to counter most other ad carries. Against A strong Harass Ranged lane I have experimented leveling parry and seen great success against what is typically a melee counter.
He gap closer is effective to engage and ranged AD with minimal damage if using her parry correctly. Her steroid once you get close to your opponent will make your opponent think twice.
