This build mainly focuses jungle with a little bit of sustain, late game you will be very tanky with tons of damage. I like this build alot because you can initiate a team fight and deal tons of burst damage and usually stay alive.

The runes that i picked will help you deal tons of burst damage with good sustain and defense, i believe that these are a good choice because with out any armor or magic resist rengar is very squishy and if targeted in team fights he will drop very quickly.

These masteries that i have chosen will focus early burst damage for ganks and clearing jungle camps quick with sustain from the health regen and armor.
