Okay. Before you start yelling about the lack there of crit chance, trust me. You need the attack speed. Faster attack, faster heal, and your passive works fine for the heal. The attack speed helps later game too.

Start with a Vampiric Scepter. When you go back next, wait for your Dagger. Next time back, buy Berserker Grieves. You can wait to go back until you have enough for Zeal, but if you need to go back, get Brawler's Gloves. Now start building Infinity Edge, getting your B.F. Sword first. After you get that, start building your Phantom Dancer, if you don't have enough to build it all, buy the Cloak of Agility first. Now, buy your Emblem of Valor and finish Stark's Fervor. From here you can buy a Bloodthirster or a Black Cleaver. Your choice. Then vice versa, If the game is still going on for an ungodly reason, sell your boots and get another Phantom Dancer. But don't sell them until you can buy it out of pocket. o-o

I get Teleport and Smite. Smite for obvious reasons and teleport for late game BD, quickly holding a lane for solo or mid, or TELEGANKS. Flash or ghost works too, but I like teleport.

Start at Wolves. Chop the little wolves first, then the big wolf. Don't use your 'Q' until you kill them. Go to Wraiths. Smite the big one. Kill the little ones. Use your 'Q'. Go to Golems, don't use your 'Q' until you upgrade it again. Go to red buff. Kill the little guys. Go 'b'. Buy your Dagger. Go back to Wolves. Repeat process. After you kill Golems, 'b'. Buy Berserker Grieves. Go to red buff. Kill it. Go gank. You don't really ever need blue buff. So, give it to those who do. You can take Dragon when you have your Zeal with some help or with blue buff and your ult. If you want to wait a bit, you can take it alone when you get your B.F. Sword.

IF THEY HAVE A JUNGLER:
Start at their Wraiths. Smite the big one. If you feel ballsy, kill two small ones. Then proceed to your wolves. After you kill them, go to Wraiths. Kill the little ones first, then the big one. Then go to Golems. Kill the first one, smite the second one, then 'b'.

If you can avoid it, do not spin in. Run in. Then use your Mocking Shout when their backs are turned. If they have flash, they'll use it now. NOW, use your 'E'. Chopchopchop. Then leave.
