This is the only up-to-date corki build in the top 3 at least (lol didnt really look into many), its mostly good but i personally like taking W at lvl 2 for ganks/following up on support initiations (leona, thresh, etc)

edit: also ignite is questionable, in my experience barrier is more effective in 2v2s because the fights are shorter. Cleanse is generally bad in lane but good in team fights IMO.
