This is my personal build when playing ranked diamond. The Black cleaver and the zeke both grant damage and hp. A lot of zed die fast at the begginning but not with this build. Those items together grant you 70 damage with some lifesteal. I garantee you will also pull out a lot of damage. At leasue 10-15 kills in the first 15 min. After you get more full damage items its preety much gg for the other team cx.
