WHY OH GOD WHY

I'd like to see a little more variation in possible builds. For example, I would personally switch out Morrelonomicon for, say Liandry's, which will give your Teemo build a little more tankiness, and due to the passive, a little more AP damage. However, I do respect the use of Morrelonomicon, as it gives some coveted CDR and counters support heals. It's starting out as an okay guide, but listen to community tweaks, and it'll be even better.
Also, consider a strategy section, and some champion matchups. New players like to see these.

Flat armor seals are much better, as armor is most important in the early game. Similarly, flat AP quints provide more AP when you need it. You don't list starting items. Philostone just for the purpose of Elisa's should never be in a main build. You list no item path. Needs more coding to be interesting to read, either that or pictures (preferably both). -1 until these are fixed.
