you really want to just use ability power and attack and attack speed.The frozen malet is because twisted fates health is horrible so you really want that at about level 13.or maybe 14.never get teleport sense his ultimate does that.Never with twisted fate push to hard on a champoin.Also he kill steals like crazy so try that as well.Remember twisted fate is a hard character to learn so dont get disapointed if you are doing bad. If twisted fate just is not for you i recomend shaco or teemo.
