Early game is where Draven can take out enemies quickly. Make sure that when you're attacking enemies early game, to use your Q and try to catch your axes. You'll get close to 100 damage, which when laning with a support like Taric who has a stun, can help take out enemy champs extremely quickly. Make sure your at your first recall (persuming you didn't die), you have at least 950 gold. If you have died once or twice, getting the Vampiric Scepter before the B.F Sword will help you stay alive longer, otherwise, get the B.F. Sword early for the early damage output. Finish your early game off with a Berserkers Grieves and start building the Infinity Edge.

The first thong you want to do mid game is sell one of your Dorans Blade's and get another B.F Sword, which again, will help put out the extra damage. For the next item you have 2 choices, a Pickaxe or a Recurve Bow, depending on which item you think will be more useful to you.At this point in the game, you probably wont have to use your Q as much, unless you're having a struggle with damage.

If you make it this far, you'll want to get your Madred's Bloodrazors ASAP, because the armor, damage, and attack speed will help you take down enemies extremely fast. These last items will all depend om how your game is going. If you're up against a tank who has quite a bit of armor, rush a Last Whisperer,the armor penetration will really help you out. If you feel you don't need the Last Whisperer, get a Guardian Angel for the durability. At this point you hopefully wont need your Q, as catching axes can slow you down.
