Hey Guys! My name is Anonymus1.

Here is a quick guide for the ultimate Showdown Butcher, Varus!
I know this build is a bit weird, but give it a try. :)
Anyway I'm not a challanger not diamond or platinum, not even gold.
But I think i must show MOBAFire how i dominate with Varus in the new Showdown Gamemode. :)

Pros:

+Very good CC's
+Huge range main poke (Q)
+Rarely banned
+Save playstyle
+Can go very agressive without any probs


Cons:

-Cant escape a close fight whitout using ult.
-Can fall of when the enemy deny him from farm.
-LOW MANA = 0 ESCAPE POTENTIAL.
-Mobile Bruisers can dunk him well.

In my opinion Doran's Shield is a very safe start against every champion. It can be strange But the 2 points on (W) can act like a Doran's blade or a Longsword.
You should back to shop when:
*You Are 20 farm ahead (Important because the 100 farm --> WIN)
*You poked him almost to death
*You Almost destroyed his/her tower. (Tower Down ---> WIN)
*If you have low HP, DON'T DARE TO FIGHT
So after your first back you should buy a red pot and some longswords to increase your damage.
If you have more money , and the enemy is very good , buy some healing potions too.
After theese purchases you should win the fight but if you cant , you should purchase more stuff from the build. The other items are optional so choose what you want ! :)

As you can see i lvl (w) earlier to lvl 2 than (Q).
The main reason is the Doran's shield start. You will need more DMG from basic attack shortly.
Then max (Q) as soon as you can , and max (W) at second for the good old Varus Poke combo.
You know , 3 shots then (E) or (Q) to deal even more DMG with the help of (W).
Level ult all time when you can , and max (E) at last.

The spells for this game mode are Barrier and Ignite. Flash is very handy too but barrier is better with the instant shield in my opinion. Ignite is a must have because you can finish up kills with that very nicely.

Its very important to learn how to last hit at this map, especially because if you reach 100 farm you won. So if the enemy focuses on farm and he don't pokes you much you have to deny him from farm, that's freaking easy if he/she is a melee fighter and it can be hard if your enemy is a long range champion . Anyway just poke him/her a lot and when the guy/girl comes up to farm you should just basic attack he/she in the face.
