Lee sin is the one of the best champions ever created, I enjoy him a lot, first of all I would like to tell that not everybody can play him good unless you've practice with him, he's the most great Off-tank anti carry champ, also he's a fun gameplay champ, I recommend him.

This runes are planned to be the best for anti carry build, I personally recommend to use them but if you want to change then then go ahead there's no problem.

The masteries has a bit of variety, first I use 23 on offensive cause it makes you strongest at teamfights, 1v1, and even 1v2 (Yes I've win on 1v2 with him), then a bit of resist at defense, and the regeneration for bit of survability at lane.

You need to farm pretty fast with him to harass your enemies the fast as you can, In gameplay its cool for me cause I almost always get the first blood so I got more chance to start the game harassing.
