I made this build for a support hero not a carry
early game you act as a important character in lane
late game you still keep that role but gain strength for combat
this build is also centered around farm so clarity and teleport
are just ways to stay in lane
And remember in the end its your choice how you play any your decisions can make a sweeping victory or a crushing defeat
Masteries

I Run a 9/0/21 build
Mysteries are player dependent
picking up cool downs and magic penetration
mana regen and movement speed increase is also nice on kayle
Runes
certain runes all depend on player
Almost any rune is viable on kayle
Stats you should think about

Ability power
Physical damage
Cooldown reduction
Magic penetration
Armor penetration
Summoner Spells

Clarity is a great early game to late game spell using it to keep some spells off cool down will make laning easier letting you heal more freely (try to keep off cooldown)

Not to important allows you to leave lane and return quickly not to miss to much farm
Skill Leveling Sequence
first lets look at the skills individually

This skill is picked up at level 4 for the slow and the damage modifier
small nuke isn't to useful if u ask me

This skill is picked up and leveled when ever possible to make most of it early game

This being one of your best skills turns your attacks into ranged and adds magic damage to each attack it should be picked up as main source of dps

I was deciding on what to do with kayle's ult its use is limited early game for multiple reasons
1.duration isn't long
2.not heavy demand due to leveled heals
3.priority use in team fights
4.you teams early dps isn't so strong to kill some one in the limited time
5.enemy dps shouldn't take down tank that quick
