I'm Raegdur, it's also my summoner name if you up to look me up, umm, this is my 1st guide, and it's for a champion I've recently started playing and really enjoy, and I hope Riven lovers like my stuff here, if not, then meh, I'm not 1 to care what people think of me :)

The Scaling AD runes are to make you a damage dealer early game, yea, you may be a little squishy, but the burst is totally worth it, I garuntee it, the only way you lose is if you're solo top and their entire team ganks you, your jungler doesn't come up and help you every now and again, or you're duo top, and your laning partner is a feeder, but, you'll still be doing damage no matter what

What's to say about the masteries, they are to help you sustain in lane, it's always good to have them, even if you are first starting out.

These items are to make you an AD Bruiser, and you are a hurting solo top or even duo top, the more health and sustain you have, the better for you and your team, you might even be better than the Darius that appears every other game, or if you are that unlucky, every game, but don't worry my friend, he's taken down by this build, even if not easy, The Warmogs and Spirit's Visage are just for the Health Regen basically and the extra Health, and depending on their team depends on the boots you get, if they are not as CC ridden than most champions, then you get boots of Lucidity with Furor, if they are, the Mercury Treads are extrememly helpful here, might not have the CDR, but the Tenacity is worth it

Pros and Cons...
I'd think her pros are
Able to farm out easily with her q and w, or if you are CDR happy, your ult
Wild sustain in lane and jungle
Can burst her opponent down quickly and efficiently
She's just that awesome

Cons i guess would be
CC hurts you at any time in the game
your Q and E are not flashes, you can't go over walls or ridges(I've tried, constantly)

When it comes to the Team Fight part of the game, you will need to use your W alot, and kinda just spam everything, Q 3 times for the knockup, then W for the stun, then you Ult up, and you E if they be trying to catch up, or for the extra armor, then use your ult again for the damagey fun part

Unique Skills for Riven...
After every skill, basic attack and it hurts them more(Q, basic, Q, basic, Q, basic...) your passive takes care of the rest (this is more an ADC kind of deal, but it still helps in any lane, and it comes in handy).

With Riven farming is simple, when you get to lane, and the minions start marching down the lanes, you wait back for their enemy to appear, once you know who you're up against depends on where you go, if you can take them, you go up, and push them back, or try to keep it in the middle, just in case they have a CC heavy jungler, but try to last hit a lot, and use your Q to get them low early.
When you reach level 5 or 6(depends on your runes at this time) you'll have enough AD and enough of your build done that you can just Q and W and the farm is all yours for the taking, and this will come in handy when stacking your eventual Bloodthirster(if you decide to buy it). If you are underfed, you are a very bad Riven and should try another champ that better suits you, if people call you a noob, don't listen to them, you just haven't found the champion best suited for you
