THE GENERAL THEORY

Jungle Quinn is viable, but leaves your team without a late game initiator that a more off-tank jungler would bring to your team.

Ravenous Hydra works on VALOR, but not Quinn. However, most of the stats are retained for quinn, just not the passive/active.

People say RH isn't worth it because you're typically Quinn- this theory is somewhat nullified by SPECIFICALLY being a ganker/intiator.

This build allows for MASSIVE AOE damage/Sustain, as well as the ability to stick to/catch out stray enemy champions.

Maxing W gives you the most attack speed possible in Valor form, Q deals AOE damage and keeps auto attackers from attacking you, thus making your fight a bit easier.

Randuin's active once you enter an initiation gives your team a huge positioning advantage

As long as you're auto attacking, you should be able to stay alive.

Due to high mobility needs and attack speed not being foreseen as an issue, I'd recommend boots of mobility or swiftness, but that's open for debate just like anything else.

Foreseen issues:

-Not the best ganks in the world pre-6, but that's the same for WW or Nocturne.

-Definitely an expensive build

-Not nearly as useful when in Quinn form, but that's kind of the point.
