You do not have to have all alacrity, it justmakes the jungling process go a LOT more smoother, and faster, which means that you would have more time to gank top, bot, as well as mid.
Masteries
26: offense
4: defense
i went with mostly offense because, since i have all attack speed runes, i would be able to increase the attack speed with going with offense masteries which provide more attack speed.
Skill Sequence
by maxing out your tiger stance, you will have the ability to jungle faster because of all the attack speed that you have.
you want to max out your turtle stance second. since your turtle stance gives you health back, this make you more viable to stay out and jungle even more, as well as gank.
you have to make sure you get your "E" ability at level 4, because once you hit level 4, that is about the time when you want to start ganks the enemy team.
I feel that you do not need the pheonix stance as much, since you are using the tiger stance as your main source of damage.
(if you want to jungle with pheonix, you need to build ap items)
