1. Heal is not a spell EZ should have, and especially not the mastery for it.
2. EZ will hardly benefit from tiamat, actually hardly any hero will.
3. Linch Bane would be good if you were going AP EZ but this isnt so.
4. *sigh* Manammune... it would be good if EZ relied on a high mana pool, but he doesnt.
5. You lack any armor pen items making it hard for you to dish out any dps.
6. You lack any source of damage really, especially since EZ doesnt get much from crit.
7. AS seals are next to useless for EZ especially with his passive, you are better off going for dodge mp5 or something of the like.
That is all.
This build seems pretty good, i'll try it next time ;)
