I'll try and kepp this short.

I main Vayne in the top lane, i think she fits perfectly there in the current meta (tank) because of her W. A huge pluse is the fact that most top laners and melee and will have to get in your face and if they do you can just E them away or into a wall.

I like to get 8 AD Marks and 1 Crit chance Mark, the 1% Crit chance can win you trades and suprise your enemy. Then i like to get 9 AS Seals and 9 AS Glyphs, and you guessed it 3 AS Quintessences. The reason to why i get so much AS is because i want to proc my W as many times as possible early and force them out of lane, or get a kill, which gets easier the more AS you have.

I like to get Flash and Teleport, you can switch out Teleport for Ignite, Barrier or Heal, but i prefer Teleport since i can keep up in levels even if i get a bit behind early. I would not suggest that you switch out Flash since it can help you reposition or get away from sticky situations.

I like to max Silver Bolts first because you will deal a lot of true damage based of their maximum Health. After Silver Bolts i max Tumble because it makes your next basic attack deal more damage and it is also a reposition tool with low cooldown once it is maxed out.

To sumarize things, max your Silver Bolts first for that true damage proc and get a Blade of the Ruined King early since it synergizes so well with her kit. Then start building some Crit Chance and get more AD and Lifesteal. Mission Success!

Note: You are very squishy and vunerable to ganks early, but you make up for it when you get Blade of the Ruined King and level 6.

I pick up Quinn in the top lane when either the ADC picks Vayne or i want to play something diffrent to change things up a bit. The reason to why i pick her up is because she is a ranged champion with a passive that can win you lane easily in the begining if it targets the enemy champion and you Vault

I like to max Vault first because it makes your passive target the enemy and you can basic attack and get extra damage onto them. If you are up againgst another ranged champion or a champion who relies heavily on basic attacks you can max Blinding Assault first instead, but i prefer to max Vault first.
