To @Certified Deadly: you should stay at ur dd-s champions, like Twisted Fate that u like so much, or Twitch or (name it).
Nice build, i have though a pretty useless comment to it: why not add a cooldown-red item, like glacial shrowd, then build one of those damage+ items and then upgrade it to Frozen Heart? This would complement ur sheen and inervating locked so very well. :-?

Really solid build! Tried it a couple of times, even though I really dont play blitzcrank, I wanted to test him out (I've had like 5 games with him). It still went really good, hes incredible for feeding your lanemate, and they really love you for that =P

+1 to ur build!. I ve tested the tank and the ap blizt, and for me this is the most solid.
In some games I m swaping extenuate for ignite, and for now im testing manamune after sheen and its going ok.

Solid build +1. My buddy uses it in 5's with us now and helps feed our Annie early on so she is a nukeaholic mid to late game. Blitz has a fun playstyle to him and is one of the more interesting utility tanks in the game. GREAT JOB.

i think that using banshee veil and or thornmail should be implemented depending on opposing team makeup
