Nice solid build. Few things though. Taking in account an important factor The cooldown on rocket jump is reset on champion kill or assist this is more important then you might think. After lowering an enemies health enough from your massive range, feel free to rocket jump in IF you are sure they have no way of avoiding death (I'm talking heals or flash). If you are sure, dive right in, Ult if you want then dive out again, straight over a wall. Easy as that.

You know what, your build is the one i most likely prefer from all the ones that are laying down there in mobafire. This build is real... Not something bully with [no mana regen, no armor or no hp, and all in critical chance or dmg].
I am not quite sure about your sequence item build because frozen mallet comes very late, but it is strong stuff.
Also to lose a Greater Quintessence of Desolation to the profit of a Greater Quintessence of Fortitude; really not sure that +32hp helps more. :|

I don't think you really need to go into explanation anymore about triple doran's blade Trist is about as common as a jungle WW(At least amungst smarter players, I am also starting ot see 2-3x doran Ashe's poping up.), I look forward to trying this build and comparing it to HEAT's build.

nice build. It's almost the same as my ashe build except I don't get a frozen mallet which ashe doesn't need. and I get banshees instead of ga :P

I don't think the Guardian Angel is necessary at all. Since you already have that 700 HP boost from Frozen Mallet, plenty of Lifesteal and you have SO many escape plans, you don't really need the Guardian Angel. Instead, I would highly suggest getting Madred's Bloodrazor to PLOW down tanks, or even just another Phantom Dancer.

Looks a lot like my build item wise, I also start off with doran's blade and a hp pot, but after that I get phage asap to lose some of that squishy-ness. After that Boots, BF and that will often get build into a Bloodthirster. I also don't get Guardian Angel, I'd much rather get more damage.

btw, trist can also be an awesome tower pusher, and with flash + rocket jump you can get away with a lot if you're careful and keep tabs on your opponents. Rocket jump can also be a great tool to land that final hit a fleeing enemy needs (or from his perspective, doesn't need ^^).
